I called PMT because of the reviews and talked to Philip. He came on the scheduled time of the appointment and even called before arriving. He fixed the problem with the eaves and put brackets around the whole house. He even gave some recommendations. Very friendly and excellent customer service. I would recommend him anytime.

Philip did a careful inspection of the downspouts/rain gutters on my house and recommended replacing/reangling a section above an area where rain seemed to be leaking into the basement. Six months later and there has been no leakage even in downpours. He also redirected two other downspouts = no problems there either.

He was knowledgable and very friendly as was his crew.

They also washed all of the windows in my house at a reasonable price.

Philip has been doing my window and eaves cleaning at both my income property and my primary residence for several years. He always does an amazing job at a very reasonable price. Most recently he helped me on a day he wasn't working in the rain when I had an emergency situation. He goes above and beyond. I can't say enough about how great he is!

We called Philip on two occasions.

The first is to get our neighbour's downspouts fixed. He was very prompt and did a great job of replacing the squashed and leaking downspouts. What impressed me more was that he noticed that their downspouts in front were also squashed so he offered to replace the squashed extension with the part of the back downspout that was still good (and would have been thrown away). He wasn't just there to get paid but to give good service.

The second was to get our evesthrough cleaned. We have 5 trees around our house and we haven't gotten them cleaned in a few years (so there were small plants growing in some places). His team came and go the job done in under half an hour. And they even took out the down spouts and made sure there was nothing blocking the pipes. It looked new. We've had lots of snow this winter but the melting snow and rain did not get stuck at all.

We used PMT Home Services for eavestroph replacement in the summer and they did a super job. Recently had damage to Soffit and I called Phillip immediately. They are on time and do a great job for a great price. Thanks PMT and Phillip.
