We called Philip on two occasions. The first is to get our neighbour's downspouts fixed. He was very prompt and did a great job of replacing the squashed and leaking downspouts. What impressed me more was that he noticed that their downspouts in front were also squashed so he offered to replace the squashed extension with the part of the back downspout that was still good (and would have been thrown away). He wasn't just there to get paid but to give good service. The second was to get our evesthrough cleaned. We have 5 trees around our house and we haven't gotten them cleaned in a few years (so there were small plants growing in some places). His team came and go the job done in under half an hour. And they even took out the down spouts and made sure there was nothing blocking the pipes. It looked new. We've had lots of snow this winter but the melting snow and rain did not get stuck at all.
