PMT Home Services did a new eaves-trouph installation for us in the fall. I meant to do this review then but got busy. I am doing it now because I will be calling them to set up an annual eaves cleaning and to do my windows! Philip was extremely professional and did amazing work. They matched up the colors perfectly and even installed a downspout where there wasn't one before!
I definitely recommend this company!!!!

We got a couple of quotes, and PMT's was the best. Philip (the owner) showed us how our (original) eavestroughs were configured relative to the neighbors. We didn't realize ours were the only original eavestroughs left, and how poorly they were laid out, with resulting damage to our foundations. So the upgrade was long overdue.
Philip reconfigured the layout of the eaves and dramatically improved the flow of rainwater - which got a really good workout New Year's Eve!
Philip and his team were helpful, professional, worked non-stop in pretty cold weather, and we got a full tour at the end of the job, which took just over 5 hours for a 3,200 ft2 house with a full walkout and only a partial deck to use for the ladders. So they needed a 4 man crew, and they worked like clockwork.
We're extremely happy with their work, and their pricing, and would recommend their services highly to anyone.

Philip Teperman provides great service, is very competent, and fairly priced. I use him at my house and at the church I attend for eavestrough cleaning and repair. At our church he solved a blocked downspout that had been causing ice damming. He disconnected the church downspouts from the city sewer system, doing an excellent job. I needed to repair the eavestroughs on my house. The job wasn't big enough for many larger companies to take on, but Phil provided a quote right away, came promptly and did a great job. He was helpful and knowledgable about what he was doing. When I needed to make a small change a few weeks later, he made sure my request was fulfilled within the time frame he promised. I felt like I was important to Phil, and my satisfaction mattered.

With housing projects, things never seem to go the way they should. Phillip at PMT is the exception. I called him about an eaves we wanted to reroute, I emailed him pictures and that day he called and sent me a written quote. I gave him the go ahead. He came by the next day to check the colour. He called me and told me he would then come a couple of days later to do the work. He called the night before to confirm, gave me the time and showed up exactly when he said he would. The price was fair, the service was excellent. He did exactly what was needed professionally. You can’t ask for more than that. I’ll be calling him again for other jobs! I use PMT Home Services for my eavestrough cleaning twice a year and maintenance work when required. I am so pleased with their services that I decided to use them for my exterior painting project. Philip's painter Joe arrived as scheduled and did a great job on my doors, window trims and garage frame. He was very professional, courteous and communicative. All my calls and texts were returned in a timely fashion. Philip provided my quote quickly and was able to have my project completed before the weather turned too cold and wet for exterior painting. Hired Phillip to clean out our gutters on a two story house as well as replace a downspout ans re-direct the 2nd story downspouts into the 1st story gutters.

Phillip and crew did a fantastic job, as well as being really personable. Would definitely recommend and use PMT again.
