Chad arrived on time with his own shoes covers. Did the job in a timely manner, kept me up-to-the-minute on his progress. Expect I'll be as delighted many years from now that I had the job professionally done. Great job Chad.

The shock doctors were here on time and everything was done professionally and to code. Scott and Jonathan also found a faulty plug and fixed it with no extra charge. I will definitely hire them again.

I used The Shock Doctors for 2 different jobs at 2 different sites. Every correspondence I've had with them has been nothing but friendly and professional. This includes both office staff and electricians. They were very informative and polite, explained everything to me and made sure I was aware of everything that was going on. They kept in contact with me and updated me when they said they would. They arrived promptly when scheduled and the work was done to my extreme satisfaction. They are very organized and friendly, courteous to their customers needs and schedules. For any future needs I will definitely be using The Shock Doctors and I have passed this info on to all of my co-workers and friends as well. THEY ARE THE BEST!!!

The Shock Doctors were great. They came out to see my rental property right away and they performed the work as per my request. I really liked their customer service. Both phone calls and emails were answered swiftly so no waiting around. I also liked that they sent me an email of the electrician who was going to perform the work along with his photo (so I'd know who was coming to my home) as well as proof of both liability and WSIB insurance. This is a great company and I will be using them whenever I need an electrician.

Not surprised at the 10/10 rating. Was overly happy with the services provided. They even did the work for me on a Sunday because it is my cottage and I'm not there 24/7 also the advice given to me from Terry was incredible. Thank you keep up the good work.

The Shock Doctors have helped us on a number of projects. Our electrical panel needed to be replaced after a lightning strike. They also installed a backup generator and on another project they installed new circuits and pot lights for a kitchen renovation. The Shock Doctors are very professional, knowledgable and they are a pleasure to work with. They provide reliable quotes up front and schedule all aspects of the job making sure that they are performed on time. I have complete confidence in the quality of their work and it is apparent that they take pride in what they do. I highly recommend them.

Old cottage converted to home. Lots of old wiring needed upgrading. Electrical panel was outdated. Chad was our Electrician. So professional. Hardworking. So nice. Jonathon was brought in to help with wiring through the crawl space and under the house. Jonathon was fantastic, friendly hardworking. Both guys went above the call of duty. I haven't had very good results with contractors up here. But these two electricians represent the Shock Doctors very well. Outstanding company. Outstanding workers. If you need electrical work done. hire them. You can ask them a million questions and they will happily answer them. You would be stupid to hire anyone else. Also remember that these guys are working hard for you. Treat them with respect while they repair your home. I can now enjoy my home without worrying about my house. THANK YOU Chad and Jonathon. In one word "WOW!!!". I have never experienced such customer-focus and professionalism from a trade. The Shock Doctors certainly live up to their reputation. Lara did a fantastic job handling my call. She was very personable and professional; and took her time to explain to me the services of the company, their quality culture, and customer value. I even got an email with a picture of the electrician that was going to assist me. The master electrician, Terry, was punctual and very professional. He notified me 30 minutes prior to arrival, quickly diagnosed the issue, and after obtaining my approval proceeded with the repairs. Unfortunately, there was another underlying issue, which required a different set of expertise. Terry refused to charge me for the service he provided, as it was not fully resolved. The Shock Doctors are the only electricians I will ever use moving forward. Highly recommended!!! A+++

We had a young fellow from The Shock Doctors comes in to change over our outlets from aluminum to copper wiring. The man that completed the service was friendly and efficient. We are happy with the service and will use the Shock Doctors again in the future.
