Lara started off my shock doctors experience perfectly. She informed me of what was going to happen and what to expect from the shock doctors. Scott called before coming out, was right on time, clean and presentable. He did the work and I was able to leave him to work. I was extremely blown away by the service I received. Later I received a small thank you letter and a package in the mail.

We had an issue with a breaker that would not reset. We called The Shock Doctors and they sent Scott out and he discovered a short in the circuit. He clearly explained the issue and was able to resolve the problem quickly and professionally.

Came out Christmas Eve Day

The day before Christmas and all was not well. My Kitchen dimmer switch install turned into a can of worms. Who would I get to fix this unexpected wiring mess? I opened the phone book and decided to call "The Shock Doctors". I had never delt with them before. Chad was out in a couple of hours. Very polite friendly service. He advised me of what he was doing while he fixed the problem. Would definitely call this company again.

Electrical Hookup for laundry unit

Chadwick had to install and connect wiring at the back of an over/under laundry unit to be located in a small closet.
Work was completed and the unit was placed in the closet. This was an extremely small and confined space that he had to work in, and the unit was heavy and difficult to move but through it all, all I heard was the cheerful and upbeat whistling of Chadwick.
