Abc Appliance Repairs

My relatively new dryer stopped producing heat. I contacted Vlad after reading the reviews on HomeStars. He was very accommodating to book appointments around my schedule, was punctual, gave me very helpful information about the cause of the problem and how to prevent it in the future and his fee was reasonable and exactly as quoted. He needed to order a part to complete the repair but came back to install it the same day it arrived. I would definitely contact Vlad again for any appliance repairs.

Vlad was terrific. Our old, and much loved, washing machine began malfunctioning (water spraying, filling the tub when washer was off). We called ABC Appliance Repairs and Vlad came that same evening. Vlad not only repaired the machine but he took time to show us some additional maintenance tips. We will certainly use him in future for any appliance concerns. Thank you Vlad!

I called ABC Appliance Repairs on a Sunday night and Vlad came and out to our place the next morning. He was on time and very professional. He was able to fix our appliances very fast. I would call him again. Amazing service and extremely professional. Thank you Vlad!!!

The day we got our house, we discovered the dryer wasn't heating up. Thought it might be a sensor, so before buying a new unit, I called ABC Appliance Repair. They called me within an hour or so after my voice message and we were able to set up an appointment for the SAME DAY.
Vlad came right around the time that the office said he would, and he was able to fix my dryer (which had some faulty wiring, actually - not a sensor) within 10 minutes. In addition, my phone was acting up when he arrived - glad that I saw him in the window.
I'd definitely recommend ABC Appliance Repair and will be using them again for future repairs.

There's no doubt: I will call Vlad next time I have an appliance issue. you should too!
He came to see why my dryer wasn't putting out any heat; he found I had had a small fire inside my dryer because of the poor venting in my house. He ordered the part as he left, and by the comng Monday was back replacing the part and cleaning the lint out of my home's venting. By the time he left, he had completely resolved our issues, and despite mentioning we may have to install a booster and redo our duct work, determined by the end that we would not need to do any of those things. Relieved we don't have a ton more work to pay for, and that we don't need a new dryer!
In case you don't read between the lines, Vlad is responsive, efficient, and honest.

Definitely 10 stars for these guys! In honor of small business Saturday last week, I would like to say that everything from customer service to quality was great! Our dryer was catching socks and burning them...slightly dangerous. Vlad came by on Friday, within minutes determined the problem, and was back on Monday with parts and a quick and clean install. It was a pleasure having him work for us!

I visited HomeStars to find a company with a good rating. Vlad come to my house exactly on time the next day (he had a medical emergency on the day I called otherwise it would have been same day service). Vlad was polite, friendly, knowledgeable and diagnosed the problem quickly (blocked drainage pipe). He also suggested re-positioning the washing machine and dryer so that the washing machine's drainage pipe could be shortened and would be less likely to get blocked up again. Vlad did all the work and made sure that the washing machine was leveled properly. The service call was very reasonably priced and I would highly recommend Vlad!

Our dryer had been making this hideous squeaking sound for about 2 weeks. We finally decided to call and get it fixed, but were looking same-day service. Vlad wasn't able to make it, but was able to come the next day after 5:30pm. For someone that works 9-5, those are some magic words.

He basically took my entire dryer apart (while it was still stacked!) and fixed the noise. He explained what happened, and what will need to be done to prevent it in the future.

He initially told me it was $65 for the visit, which I thought would be the starting point. After he had put the dryer back together and showed that it was working perfectly, he still maintained it was $65. I would have gladly paid double for the service quality and the scheduling flexibility.
