This is the 3rd time hiring Ideal Plumber Solutions. I wanted to take advantage of the City of Toronto BackWater Valve rebate program and Jorge made it easy. He got the permits and did everything up to code. The backwater valve installation involved breaking up the basement concrete. While doing the work, I also got him to replace the old clay drain lines. Work was done correctly and after the job was done he cleaned up the debris. I have gained trust in Jorge for not only small repairs but also more complex and involved projects. His work passed inspection and I got my rebate. Thanks again.

Doing renovations and needed help replacing old cast iron drain and reworking some underground drains. Work was done up to code and was very happy. They arrived within one hour of the call on a Sunday afternoon. What appeared to be a lengthy repair job (expensive) took them one hour only.
