We were very happy with Agm service. They finished our basement very quick. Organized and efficient, was very easy to communicate re any issues. I would recommend AGM anytime if you want good quality and quick service

AGM has finished our basement recently and I am happy to say that they have done a great job. Our basement looks great. We already had a birthday party in the basement and all the guests also love the work done by AGM. I am sure AGM will get few calls from our guests regarding finishing their basement too!

There was a small set back (time wise) throughout the last 15-20percent of the project; it surpassed the assigned deadline given. However, given the trials and tribulations surrounding covid-19, this was somewhat expected and AGM came through at the end. Overall, would highly recommend AGM.

Very professional experience with AGM. Walked us through the planning & design process and the actual renovation happened very quickly. Ron the Project Manager treated us with the utmost courtesy and respect, we knew we could count on him during the entire process. We highly recommend AGM for basement renovations.

The project experience was positive from the start. The team was prepared and responsive, following our first meeting. We were provided with a start date and timeline, and AGM’s team ensured everything was in place as scheduled. We appreciated the efficiency and professionalism, especially as working parents with children at home, not having to be engaged regularly for decisions. If any of the contractors encountered issues or required clarification on aspects of the project, they engaged our project manager, and we were able to focus on our own work and supporting our children. We remain confident in our decision to hire AGM, throughout the project.

You get what you pay for. We paid a little bit more than what another contractor might have charged but the quality of the work was solid and clean, and the responsiveness of having an assigned project manager was terrific. Also, AGM had the wherewithal to identify and address pre-existing problems before laying their work on top of it, e.g. a small crack in the foundation was found and sealed, whereas another contractor may have not cared and wouldn’t be in business or answering the phone to come back a couple years later 5 years when the mold starts growing behind the walls. AGM quality of work and peace of mind with 5 year warranty is worth paying a little bit more for.

AGM did a great job finishing our basement. They were on the higher end in terms of cost, but you get what you pay for, and the quality of AGM’s work shows. There were some hiccups throughout the project, but our Project Manager Carmen was able to work with us to navigate through any issues. Overall, Carmen was great to deal with and on top of things. We were those clients that paid attention to every detail and Carmen was always available to assist and resolve any roadblocks. Also, shoutout to Eric from sales who worked with us initially and took the time to explain everything. The trades team did great work, especially the tiler Carl who finished our accent wall and bathroom tiles to perfection. Would recommend using AGM for your basement renovation!

The process was made quite simple, photos to start, a design consult and then the assignment of a project manager who would walk us through the process after details had been finalized.

Overall, the quality of the work was great, but there were some frustrating gaps in communication and scheduling.

Overall the project was delivered a little late (due to COVID primarily) but absolutely reasonable given the world circumstances.

AGM workers were friendly and easy to work with. The work done in my basement is excellent. I thsnk the project manager and the workers for great experience. I won’t hesitate to recommend AGM to others

We are very satisfied with the workmanship and quality of our finished basement. Job was done on time and on budget. I’m looking forward to having AGM renovate our bathrooms and kitchen in the future.
