You get what you pay for. We paid a little bit more than what another contractor might have charged but the quality of the work was solid and clean, and the responsiveness of having an assigned project manager was terrific. Also, AGM had the wherewithal to identify and address pre-existing problems before laying their work on top of it, e.g. a small crack in the foundation was found and sealed, whereas another contractor may have not cared and wouldn’t be in business or answering the phone to come back a couple years later 5 years when the mold starts growing behind the walls. AGM quality of work and peace of mind with 5 year warranty is worth paying a little bit more for.
