The process was made quite simple, photos to start, a design consult and then the assignment of a project manager who would walk us through the process after details had been finalized. Overall, the quality of the work was great, but there were some frustrating gaps in communication and scheduling. Overall the project was delivered a little late (due to COVID primarily) but absolutely reasonable given the world circumstances.
