Thousandth words will be not enough to describe how happy I am with AGM Team!
During our meeting with designer I fall in a love with a basement layout, we discus every single details and color. Designer was very patience and knowledgeable, she help us select best finishes ( great material selection in a show room) , she explain all renovation process and help us a lot to understand all basement limitations.

After reno was started I was in shock! Everything happen so fast! Trades was coming from early morning and working all day long, frame was done in couple days!!! Construction team are awesome, every single person very polite, punctual and PROFESSIONAL!
I was so confident in timeline and workmanship.
Now our basement the best.

-Designer (Svetlana ) was really good! She showed us exactly how our basement would look even before starting the job.
-All the trades that worked on the basement were good and friendly , they all cleaned up after they were done.
-Garbage was picked up every week.
-Material used in the basement was good not cheap!
-Project manager (Randy) was Awesome!!
-Very happy with the work that has been done!

This was my first experience with AGM Renovations and I have been very pleased. A job well done! The workers are professional and efficient, as well as friendly. A neighbor actually recommended them, which also helped me to decide to go with with this company, i am happy i did, so is my wife.

After researching for a company to finish my basement. I was very satisfied with AGM, it took approximately 21 days from start to finish, the team did an excellent job.
Staff was very professional and extremely grateful.

When the company came in and gave the quote and initially started they were amazing. All the actual workers that came in to finish the basement were great. The designer, was not very knowledgable and it was a complaint we heard regularly with the tradesmen. Once the project actually started we never heard from anyone in head office or the proje t manager. We were schedulled appointments for payment themeough google calender, but no one actually called to book it with us. We paid to have cabinets installed that were not completed, and ofcourse there was no one to speak to regarding the issues. The customer service and lack of communication is why I give auch a low grade. They offer zero resolution when dealing with errors on their part. The tradesman were great. if you are someone who needs to be in the loop or know whats going on and when they are showing up, this company is not for u. It also takes WAY longer them 3 weeks. Read the fine print. Our start date was Aug 5 the complete day not including the touch ups they came back for was September 25. Also, they mostly worked on weekends.

We had a hard time dealing with the company. No work schedules were provided, no project supervisor on site and hardly any communication was done by the company. We only spoke to three people i.e. sales person, our designer and a guy from Client Services. We were promised 35 "business" days for the project to be finished and it took 76 "business" days. I have left several voicemail but I hardly got a response back. This was probably one of a kind experience for both my husband and I. Personally, I would not like to hire them again.

The last time I spoke to the lady in Client Service Dept is Sept, she was complaining about how the company is still new and implementing new policies and she has no idea how to assist me as she has been put into this place. She herself confessed site supervisor do not connect with Customer Relations on a regular basis for which she perform her duties. This is an utterly difficult situation for the customer.

I think they need a do a better job in communication and training their employees. Our designer was nice and co-operative and the guy from customer service who always notified us what's happening next. In the last stages of the project there was Zero Communication from the customer relations dept as well. The promises made by the sales rep were not kept.

I wish I could have backed out from this deal and rather pay 15% as a part of their Contract condition. For all those people who have earned their hard money, please do full investigation and research before hiring any company.

Overall, I was not pleased with their services especially after learning that the employees are also working under alot of pressure and stress. I could not save myself, I am sure when you read this you'll make a smarter decision.

Superior design work and craftmanship, reasonably priced compared to other quotes, and we are thrilled with the quality of the work. And on top of that, it only took 4 weeks!

After searching and receiving quotes from many other companies and independent contractors we decided on hiring AGM to finish our basement. And boy are we glad we did! Not only was our designer Svetlana great with selecting our finishes but she worked with our style and budget! Our basement looks amazing and everything was completed on the time line provided! The trades coming in were polite, on-time and paid attention to detail. AGM knows what they are doing!
