When the company came in and gave the quote and initially started they were amazing. All the actual workers that came in to finish the basement were great. The designer, was not very knowledgable and it was a complaint we heard regularly with the tradesmen. Once the project actually started we never heard from anyone in head office or the proje t manager. We were schedulled appointments for payment themeough google calender, but no one actually called to book it with us. We paid to have cabinets installed that were not completed, and ofcourse there was no one to speak to regarding the issues. The customer service and lack of communication is why I give auch a low grade. They offer zero resolution when dealing with errors on their part. The tradesman were great. if you are someone who needs to be in the loop or know whats going on and when they are showing up, this company is not for u. It also takes WAY longer them 3 weeks. Read the fine print. Our start date was Aug 5 the complete day not including the touch ups they came back for was September 25. Also, they mostly worked on weekends.
