We had a hard time dealing with the company. No work schedules were provided, no project supervisor on site and hardly any communication was done by the company. We only spoke to three people i.e. sales person, our designer and a guy from Client Services. We were promised 35 "business" days for the project to be finished and it took 76 "business" days. I have left several voicemail but I hardly got a response back. This was probably one of a kind experience for both my husband and I. Personally, I would not like to hire them again.
The last time I spoke to the lady in Client Service Dept is Sept, she was complaining about how the company is still new and implementing new policies and she has no idea how to assist me as she has been put into this place. She herself confessed site supervisor do not connect with Customer Relations on a regular basis for which she perform her duties. This is an utterly difficult situation for the customer.
I think they need a do a better job in communication and training their employees. Our designer was nice and co-operative and the guy from customer service who always notified us what's happening next. In the last stages of the project there was Zero Communication from the customer relations dept as well. The promises made by the sales rep were not kept.
I wish I could have backed out from this deal and rather pay 15% as a part of their Contract condition. For all those people who have earned their hard money, please do full investigation and research before hiring any company.
Overall, I was not pleased with their services especially after learning that the employees are also working under alot of pressure and stress. I could not save myself, I am sure when you read this you'll make a smarter decision.
