The design of our bathroom was changed without our consent after the project manager checked out, never showed up, so the renovator built the bathroom without a linen closet that was supposed to be installed, a linen closet we purchased and that was literally drawn on the design. He claims the project manager never gave him the design. When we called the project manager to tell her she came running over to our house to talk to the renovator but ultimately never remedied the situation because it was built without properly measuring.

I subsequently wrote a bad review and was presented with legal papers stating AGM refused to complete the job unless I signed papers agreeing to remove the negative review and agree not to criticize the company. But there was no guarantee they would finish the work.

But it looks like the review was removed from Google against my will anyways.

It's been almost 2 months and this remains unresolved. The people at AGM go beyond behaving rudely and unprofessionally. I believe they are bad people. I have had to hire a cleaning company after tiles were cut in one room, debris left in my child's bedroom. My husband talked me out of suing them but that is the only way to get fair treatment at this point. I've gone from tears to experiencing health problems as a result of the stress of dealing with these people. Hiring this company has been a major mistake.

Our basement is finished by AGM crew and I am very happy that they were on schedule always and met the target. The quality of work is great! We have completed furnishing it and it looks gorgeous! Everything worked out really well for us and we recommend AGM!!

AGM kitchen renovator has done a great job renovating our kitchen. The new layout has opened up the space really well. The new kitchen is both functional and has lots of room. Its now a place with large enough area where the whole family gathers without feeling squeezed anymore. We thank AGM for this new experience in the kitchen!

Meaghan was very knowledgeable and helpful to initiate the process to our bathroom renovation project based on our requirements and was instrumental in setting up an on-site meeting with a designer. We feel this is a project well planned for success while respecting our budget.

AGMs Project Manger Ricardo is great in managing our big project of getting a permit basement, new entrance door, and electrical panel upgrade. AGM did the design, got permits done, build the basement and got all inspections completed. We had a project manager leave in between. Ricardo at AGM took over and gave us clear communication, managed all issues with perfection, moved the project fast, and did a great quality job. We are very happy with his work and AGM.

AGM crew has managed our bathroom renovation project very well and we are very happy both with the process and final result.
