The design of our bathroom was changed without our consent after the project manager checked out, never showed up, so the renovator built the bathroom without a linen closet that was supposed to be installed, a linen closet we purchased and that was literally drawn on the design. He claims the project manager never gave him the design. When we called the project manager to tell her she came running over to our house to talk to the renovator but ultimately never remedied the situation because it was built without properly measuring. I subsequently wrote a bad review and was presented with legal papers stating AGM refused to complete the job unless I signed papers agreeing to remove the negative review and agree not to criticize the company. But there was no guarantee they would finish the work. But it looks like the review was removed from Google against my will anyways. It's been almost 2 months and this remains unresolved. The people at AGM go beyond behaving rudely and unprofessionally. I believe they are bad people. I have had to hire a cleaning company after tiles were cut in one room, debris left in my child's bedroom. My husband talked me out of suing them but that is the only way to get fair treatment at this point. I've gone from tears to experiencing health problems as a result of the stress of dealing with these people. Hiring this company has been a major mistake.
