I hired the Instant Lawns team to do some landscaping on my property. They installed 2 retaining walls and used hydroseeding for the lawn. The first time around, the hydroseeding did not work but they came back when I called to spray it again at no cost. They provided excellent service and I am very happy with the outcome.

After having our backyard destroyed due to construction of a new garage, Instant Lawns created a beautiful space for us in just one day! In addition to sodding of a large area, they corrected the grading, put down river rock alongside the new garage, created a pathway and installed a mulch area for a trampoline. We were amazed that all of this happened so quickly! All of the staff members, both on sight and in the office, were very friendly and easy to work with. We are very pleased with the end result.

These guys turned out backyard weed field into a beautiful green lawn. Although it was a small job, they handled it professionally right from the beginning. Adam was very helpful with suggestions and advice. Only two small details kept them from getting a 10: communication & cleanup; they didn't keep me informed about the scheduled installation date (I had to ask), and there were a few clods of topsoil left on the path to the back yard. Overall, I would recommend them highly.

I have good experience. This company is serious and professional and do quality work. I will use it again for future projects. And I highly recommend their work. Trust is key in both sides.

It is 4 months since we have Instant Lawns resodded our front and backyard. We ordered the drought resistant sod and it looks beautiful, lush green and healthy even in the heat of summer. The four crew who installed the sod were very friendly and knowledgeable, the estimator was competitive, and especially Kyle, the front man who seemed to work 24 hours a day in May. Their services were exceptional; they followed through all problems and provided us solution even though these were beyond their control. In our backyard, some small animals have flipped over some of the new sods. I have to flip the sod back in the morning and reported to Instant Lawns for advice. Instant Lawns provided me with several suggestions even though the problem was not related to them. Finally, I also like the free rain gauge from Instant Lawns, it is pretty handy!

I am rating their services and workmanship as excellent, and do not hesitate to recommend Instant Lawns to others who need to replace their lawn.

Read about Instant Lawns on Homestars and got hold of them. The quote they gave me was lower than I had estimated so I gave them the go ahead without asking for more quotes. I was happy that I did. The experience was top notch and I highly recommend them!

A very hard working and enthusiastic team, they are credit to your company. Front lawn looks great, grass was healthy and looked great when installed. I have already recommended your company for the great job and reasonable price.

These guys are awesome! We had a great experience getting our new lawn from start to finish. Getting the quote was effortless. So was getting a date to get the lawn put in. The work itself was very fast, took about 3 hours at most.

Kyle, the office manager, is also awesome. He kept us up to date and was very pleasant to deal with. The quoted price was by far the lowest we it out of the 3 companies who actually made it to our house to give us a quote.
