The summer heat of 2018 completely destroyed our front lawn. We had Instant Lawns come in two weeks ago and within 1 week we now have a beautiful green lawn. From lawn removal to installation the work was perfect. Dealing with Jacob and his staff was a pleasure. We heartily recommend Instant Lawns.

I contracted with Instant Lawns in May 2018 to remove and replace my front lawn. I made a down payment of $430. It is now October 31st and Instant Lawns still hasn't fulfilled the contract. A lawn cutter did come a month ago but that was it. I have telephoned them and spoken to the receptionist asking that someone call me back to set a firm date for the replacement of the lawn but no one got back to me. I have also re-telephoned and left a message on their answering service to get back to me but still I have yet to hear from them. I am not a happy customer.

We found a house we loved and needed to sell our house quickly, but our front lawn was a disaster. I needed a new lawn to restore our curb appeal so I called Instant Lawn and had it replaced 3 days later! Not only did they do a great job, but it was done in the unreasonable timelines I needed. Thank you Instant Lawn!!!

Instant Lawns was recommended by another large company that wasn't able to fit my job in on short notice. Jacob understood my need for a quick turn around and did just that. He had his guys here the following week and they did a great job of bringing the grade up to my newly installed interlock and paved laneway. A job well done:)

Jacob and team finishes a landscaping project including significant debris removal, cleanup, rock beds/lining, grading and top soil. It was a large project (approx 90x140’) and they completed it in less than two work days. We were extremely pleased with the final results; the workers were very professional; and the price was very competitive (received 5 quotes in total). We also opted for a sprinkler system and hydroseeding from another company (NCI) and they coordinated/alligned their work accordingly. I would highly recommend their services.

Instant Lawns did a beautiful job, at a fabulous price, in just one day! The entire process from initial contact to project completion was less than a month (in the middle of the summer), and we were impressed with the professionalism and hard work of the entire IL team. We're already talking about what we'll get them to do for us next year.

Lucas was most helpful and all dealings with this company were dealt with in a professional and courteous manner. The crew arrived early and were friendly and efficient, double-checking our wishes when necessary. They were respectful of our new drive and cleaned up after they had finished the work. I got quotes from 5 different companies to re-sod our front lawn, and the decision to give the job to Instant Lawns was an easy one. They were always professional, on-time, and willing to extensively customize the job based on our changing needs. They are not just a lawn company, but also a full landscaping business, with extensive landscape design experience. That design knowledge came in handy when deciding how to modify our current layout while keeping the mature elements and staying within our budget. The crew that performed the work was second to none, and was joined throughout the day by the designer/estimator/co-owner.
