Instant Lawns

Our lawn ‘died’ from a very harsh summer. We opted to have irrigation installed (by others) then used Instant Lawns to remove and replace our grass. The price was better than other estimates received. Their work was excellent, workers were pleasant and respectful of our property and they coordinated very well with the irrigation company. Topsoil and sod appear to be excellent quality. Highly recommended!

Originally we had contacted Instant Lawns to get sod installed in our backyard but when we saw the high quality artificial turf that was available, we changed our plans. Much more expensive than sod but we saw it as a good fit for the area we were working with as well as our lifestyle (who wants to spend the summer watering, mowing and weeding?). Lucas and his team were awesome! The job got done in one day. All the mess from the soil and gravel was cleaned up afterwards. We are so happy with the job they did and now want to spend time in the backyard. Thanks Instant Lawns!

Instant Lawns did a very good job to install sods to my front yard. They are easy to communicate with and they installed the lawn very fast and with good quality. We are happy with their service.

Lawn installed May. Weeds appeared in lawn because of poor top soil. Took weeks to get anyone to replay. Lawn replaced late August. Cost me 200 more in water charge. Their mistake I paid! No effort to compensate.
Also promised to remove stones from backyard- not done. Lawn was to be fertilized for free. There designated company called no free service but wanted me to pay for a package to upkeep lawn.
