Just had the electrical finished in my basement for a renovation I am doing. The rough in was originally done in the fall but didn't get around to having it completed until now due to my slow handy work. Mike was very understanding with my progress and checked in with me periodically to see how things were going. Both times I was ready for the electrical work (rough in and finish) to be done, Mike was quick to respond and set a date. We had pot lights with dimmers, other lights, outlets set up per code and for our planned future use of the space installed. I found Mike to be knowledgeable, courteous and efficient. My wife and I are very happy with the completed work.

I was about to have someone come in and re-insulate my attic and had not found an electrician to check why the upstairs hall light didn't work since I'd moved in six months earlier. I left a message for Mike on his cell, saying there were only a couple of days left to work, if he wanted to see the ceiling electrics before the attic was full of insulation.

He told me once he'd arrived that he had known from my description that he wasn't going to have to crawl around in the attic, but he still offered to juggle his schedule and come the very next night after supper -- and did so promptly, with everything he needed, including his own knowledgeable, professional and personable self!

He told me exactly what was wrong and showed me, and told me what he was going to do and did it promptly and easily, all while I was standing there staring and we were having an interesting conversation to boot.

I'm actually looking forward to needing his services again someday, because I know he'll do an accurate, timely, tidy and honest job, and because we had a great conversation and I learned stuff from him, about electricity and other topics, too!
