After a long research process, I could not be happier with the work Andre and Brian did on my hallway and stairs.They removed all my carpets and installed brand new hardwood stairs.They were prompt, patient and understanding of all my concerns. The work was exceptional!!! They cleaned up after themselves every single day, paid close attention to detail and went above and beyond my expectations. Furthermore, the job has been completed on time and the communication was great. If you are looking for a flooring company, you should definitely call them!

Andre stained our stairs last year and because of his attention to detail, reliability and hard work, we had him replace our hardwood floors in the family room. He has also done some work for friends of ours, who were also very impressed with him. He is a friendly guy, a hard worker and he goes the extra mile to make a customer happy. I would give him 10 stars and recommend him to anyone!

Concept flooring absolutely exceeded our expectations. We purchased a new home that was in need of a severe facelift and Andre and his team did just that - and more! They take great pride in what they do and pay attention to detail in every way. We originally called them to inquire about having our natural oak staircase refinished with white rungs and re staining the railing to match our new hardwood. They were the only company we had a quote from that actually were going to do the job right! (Ie. taking apart the railing to properly sand, paint, stain etc.). We ended up having them install our hardwood stairs (previously carpet) and the hardwood floor for our entire main floor.
They took their time and made sure everything was done right. They never seemed annoyed by questions or inquiries about the work. They were polite, professional and definitely worth every penny! We have recommended them to several friends and acquaintances who have also been happy with their work.

We recently bought a new home and needed a company to install hardwood and laminate. Concept Hardwood Flooring came highly recommended to us. The price was excellent, the installation was immaculate, and they had a real pride in their workmanship. We had many questions, and they were very patient with us and certainly knew all the answers. They cleaned everything up at the end. They gave us helpful suggestions, and we are so happy with the final results!
