Replaced squeaky carpet stairs to match Jatoba hardwood in my townhouse. Marian helped me order the stairs at the factory, select finishes to match the colour and suggested a reasonable time estimate (it was important, because I left the house for a day when finishing lacker was being applied to stairs). It's been 6 months since the job was completed and I can still walk down the stairs without making any noise, the colour got slightly darker, yet matches the rest of the floor well.
