A1 Granite

They may have had the best quote (by about $300) but they are NOT worth the hassle. Horrible customer service. Horrible job-pictures to prove it. Even left their pile of garbage in my kitchen. They were 6hours late for the job (showed up at 8pm instead of 2pm), installed a sink that immediately stained, and did a botch install (see pics - they did not clean the underside of the granite that is exposed over the island but caulked it anyway!!! The end result - cake with dirt that has no way of being cleaned). The two emails I have sent - close to a week for a response. Not impressed. Trust me when I say the money you might save is not worth it.

great service all around. I would recommend A1 to anyone. Very competitive pricing and very knowledgeable about all renovations. they treated us very well and came up with ideas we never thought of.

It was a relatively small job, Two vanity tops. The process went well until they were finished. I assumed that they were going to seal the tops when done. Apparently they don't include that, and it wasn't discussed before hand.

We happened upon this company as we were out looking for something else, and stopped in. We made arrangements for them to come measure for our kitchen counters and bathroom vanity, They were not available to come when I wanted them so we had to work out a time, Once the time was set, we had to wait for them to arrive, The price was very close to the quote.

They came out and measured then gave me a quote. They later came out and installed it. The whole thing took about a month. I have referred them to others already. They were fine to work with.

We saw their trailer around town, so when we needed someone this company came to mind. They arrived on time, they were professional and offered good service. The testing took about an hour and we got the results in 2-3 days.

I had heard of the company from a friend in the construction business. I have used them several times and will continue to use them again. I will be getting an island from them soon.

I have used this company before. We knew what we wanted so we went there to see the product. Originally we were just going to do the vanity but went ahead with the island as well. The whole process went well with the exception of finding a time that we could have them come to do up the template. I took time off work to be at home for them but no one came. Eventually it all worked out but there was a big delay in the whole process. Their communications could use some improvements. The quality of the work was exceptional and I would use them again.

It was only a small job, we required a remnant. I was looking for a specific color and type of granite which i found in their yard. They came to my home, measured, took the sink and came back a week and a half later ready for installation.
