Class A is an excellent contractor. reasonable prices, pleasant installers do a great job all while respecting your home and property. Completely satisfied customer.
We purchased a Intertherm furnace and a York Air Conditioner about a year ago. Brent was just excellent to deal with and the installers and technitions, namely Kevin and Sylvain were so knowledgeable and knew exactly how to do their job. There was a manufactural flaw with the furnace coil, which was replaced without question. You will never find a more honest and people who are so proud of their excellent work. Also the office staff are friendly, quick to respond to any questions.
After my initial call and a visit from Brent I received a quote within 24 hours!!!
After anther house visit from another company I waited 10 days for a quotemy first clue not to go with themgreat people but obviously way too busy.
Class A arrived on time (2 very professional people), worked their buns off all dayvery quietly and professionallyby the time they left you wouldnt have known any work had been done. I am so very happy with this company and would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for heat pumps or air conditioners.
Brent is the most honest and helpful person we’ve met. He’s there for you even on a weekend long weekend’s and etc. Trust us he’s so worth your business. Price and service can’t be beat. He’s totally dedicated to his customers.

Two workers came at 8.30 and went to work getting tools and parts rounded up. But for a few hammering and screws put in, they both were quiet. As I took notice, being the hawk eyed person. I did not see them stop. Asking if they wanted water or something they told me a lunch was with them. After the first day I went down to see the work so far, All square and neat not like the old POS. You can not go wrong with the A team. The final work done was a complete clean up. Thanks for the great install and it looks so good.
I first reached out to Brent at Class A Heating after being referred to him from a good friend of mine who was actually working for one of the competition. I was looking to upgrade my furnace and consider prepping for A/C at the same time. He told me if you want the best guy in the game talk to Brent at Class A Heating. One thing I really respected about Brent was his approach - he took a very consultative approach and sought to understand our needs and recommend solutions that filled them. He helped qualify us for the government grants that were available and when it came time to install his team was excellent. The front office scheduled and met the timeline, both office & install team communicated extremely well and his install team cleaned up after themselves and provided just all around friendly customer service. They were a pleasure to have in our home! To top it off 2 weeks after we got our new furnace installed and prepped for A/C our hot water tank went. I emailed Brent at 10:30pm that evening and he replied within the hour letting me know I would receive a phone call first thing in the AM and they would see what they could do to help us out. I received a call at 8am on the button from Nicole in the front office. They re-arranged their teams day and by the end of the day we had our new hot water tank installed. A HUGE thank you to the whole team at Class A Heating for their work! Highly recommend!
After many plumbing and heating company's either quoted ridiculously high or failed to even follow up with detailed quotes, Class A quickly responded and booked my service call. The work was professionally done and the job site was clean after they were finished. Class A worked with me to meet my plumbing needs by discussing options that I required in order to install a custom pressure booster as part of this project. NO ONE else, out of the 5 companies that I requested service from, would touch this basic plumbing work.

I looked around for a heat pump in 2014 and settled on this company's quote. The owner came out and surveyed the house and my needs and gave me a range of products to choose from in his quote. He spent all the time I needed. The company's installer was one of the best trades people I have seen in many years. I did have a warranty issue come up withing a few months and Class A responded to it quickly and completely. The York products they sell seem to be reliable and well built. There workmanship is excellent. Straight talk and service from this company! Not a common trait in my experience with plumbing companies! Just sayin'!
Our furnace was nearing the end of its life cycle. We met the owner Brett at the Homeshow. I was really drawn to his knowledge and he was very personable. Even though we were some distance away (Chilliwack to Delta) he came and gave us his best service. Excellent service. Attention to detail. Good workmanship. Honest and forthcoming

Price isn't always the MAIN issue. Make sure you are getting what YOU want NOT what somebody SELLS you.
