We have utilized Home-Pro for most of our electrical needs over the past several years. We have always been impressed by how thorough they have been with their work. They are happy to answer any questions you have and give good advice regarding the electrical safety of your entire home. Today they replaced a faulty sparking switch that was worn out and did it quickly and efficiently

Last week , suddenly electric power off in my basement so I couldn't use water tank and sump pump. He came home and checked it . He explained why it happened and repaired it. I think he asked me a reasonable price. He was very kind and I was very satisfied with his service.

Brian came over to the house, only a few days after we contacted Home-Pro. He knew what the problem was almost instantly. The repair didn't take any time at all and we now have heat. I was extremely satisfied with Brian and the work of Home-Pro Electric. I initially wanted to have a single 220/240v circuit run to my garage for a welder and compressor, but Brian recommended that it would be a good idea to run a full sub-panel to the garage to allow for future expansion (i.e. for electric vehicle charging capability sometime in the future, or running any other high current power tools). I was extremely happy with the work completed, they were courteous, helpful and punctual, and were able to answer any follow-up questions quickly. I have used Home-Pro Electric 3 times in a short time frame for a variety of issues and have been 100% satisfied every time. The first time I had them put a timer on my outside lights, then I had a short inside my dryer plug and this last time I had a light that wouldn't turn on after replacing the light bulb and a second fixture that had never worked since purchasing my house. To contact them I was able to easily set up an appointment with my first call. Each visit was on time, they reviewed what they were going to do before starting and told me up front what the costs were going to be. No surprises and I like that. With the second two visits the electrician even showed me what the problems were and of course the finished project. Brian(electrician) was prompt and very polite.He put on booties although I said it wasn't necessary.The stainless steel fan was a used fan from the Habitat restore so all the parts were not there.He was able to substitute some and order one of the lite receptacles.He needed to come a second time and again was prompt and friendly.I will continue to use this company if and when I need an electrician and will recommend them to my family and friends.
