It was very nice to meet Brian. He was very professional and did an excellent job at finding out what was wrong with a room in our house that had lost all power two days ago. We were afraid we would have to break through dry walls, but Brian's skills did the job and now we've got our room back! Thanks!

I had Ted out the first time to move the electrical outlet in the laundry area from a distant wall to where the stackables will be located once they arrive.
I had the electrician out a second time in approximately one week (neither of us thought of this possibility the first time around) to install a light in the laundry area as well as an outlet for my freezer. My water heater used to be electric but the former owner of the house I recently purchased, had installed a gas water heater and the 220 volt cable was capped but left hooked up to the electrical panel. So Ted and Derek (apprentice) installed both an overhead light and the outlet using the cable. Wow! Now I can see in the laundry room. It wasn't cheap having work done again so soon and I did ask for a reduction of service fees, but, no go.

Critter chewed through wire to outlets and lights in sun-room floor. Inaccessible to repair the break but Home-Pro Electric technician, Ted, diagnosed and solved the problem, installing a surface line.

I asked Home-Pro Electric to check an under cabinet light fixture that had stopped working. I had said there was no rush but within two days Brian had dispatched Ted to my house to investigate the problem. I was very pleased at the fast service to check out my concern. Of course the light worked when Ted arrived but he stuck around waiting for it to turn off. Finally it happened and Ted was able to detect the problem. As he had installed the light near the beginning of the new year, he told me it was still under warranty and not to worry. The light was quickly fixed and I am a happy customer.
I am again impressed with the professionalism of Home-Pro Electric as I was when I decided to hire them at the beginning of the year for a number of electrical concerns. I would not hesitate to call them again for any electrical issues I have.

I did a Google search and found Home Pro Electric. They came out and inspected my electrical box and fuses. They give great service and were very professional, quick, and explained everything very well ahead of time (the pricing, what would be done, etc.). I'm very happy with them.

There were a couple of recent calls-one was to install a breaker for the dishwasher and another one was for stovewood. I found them when I was living in Cambridge years ago and I've used them ever since. They're very clear with what they're going to charge you and what they're going to do. Everything has been very good so far.

We had a switch that we thought wasn't working so we called up HomePro Electric. The serviceman came quickly and brought all the necessary tools with him. It was a little more expensive than we thought it would be, but then everything is these days. I would recommend them to family and friends.
