We contracted TCH to build us our dream house. My wife and I found TCH and the crew to be very knowledge able and easy to talk to. We my wife was selecting finishes Murdock was always willing to ensure we were getting the best price from any supplier we were dealing with. Roberta was also recommended to us by TCH to help with colour and fabric selection. We will be using TCH and the crew to build our cottage in a year or two on Lake Joseph. TCH run by Murdock is a well-oiled machine that is cost conscious and detailed oriented.

We hired the principal of this firm, as a Project Manager in Dec. 2012 to oversee time, budget and quality on major renovations/Additions. Projects were not run to budget. Numerous work quality issues were outstanding.
We continue to rectify quality issues.
This individual has not been sub-contracted by our firm since Feb 5/13.
Today, we learned that a WSIB clearance certificate was manually produced by TCH Inc. listing Bravehart Building as principal, valid until May 19/13. Consumers and contractors should be aware that Bravehart Building did not authorize the production of the WSIB certificate. We have had the certificate cancelled at www.wsib.on.ca. Bravehart Building is in no way affiliated with TCH Inc. Nor do we recommend TCH Inc work or work practices in any way. Nor do we take responsibility for any misrepresentation.

While I decided to build my own cottage and 'thought' I could hire all the trades, it became apparent that I required some knowledgeable advice for the process. I hired TCH to consult on the project. This decision was the best one I made, TCH was able to offer me sound advice, informed opinions and fantastic recommendations to ensure my project ran smoothly. I would highly recommend anyone to use TCH for their build or renovation project.

I got a referral for TCH from a friend because my Dad was sick and we needed to put in a walkway for him. They also took out the carpeting and put in all new hardwood flooring and ceramic tiles, painted and turned the den into a special care bedroom for my Dad including a tub. They did a fantastic job. Everything was done within the time frame given and they even cleaned up afterwards, which I appreciated greatly.

We purchased a home from them that they had already built, but we chose the interiors of the house. We saw the listing on MLS and it was advertised in the paper too. We dealt mostly with the builder, Murdock Brooks, and he's been good. He's been actively working on the post repairs to the house. He had a few problems with getting the utilities hooked up so we could start the interior work which affected the timing of the tradespeople. The house was done a few days later than we had hoped. However the workmanship and quality of the house and materials used is excellent. It was worth the wait.

Over the years he’s done a number of things for me but most recently it was windows and siding. He did a great job and has been absolutely fantastic to work with! I've had a few smaller issues at the house helped with and responded very quickly to. He's very reliable, and in comparison to other contractors I’ve worked with (and I've dealt with some really bad contractors), I wouldn’t change a thing about him.

We needed a new full bay window for upper and lower. As well as bathroom and living room windows. TCH was very reliable and we would recomend them to others.

Our ensuite was in need of an "up-date", plus there was some mold. We decided to remove our tub shower and replace it with a glass enclosed shower. TCH.inc helped was design a new bathroom without needing to move any of the fixtures or supply lines. The work was done in a timely manner (aprox 3 weeks) without increasing the budget.
We love our new bathroom!!!
