I was cautiously optimistic considering the money I spent but I was overly happy with how my basement turned out and it was done in less than 3 weeks. That is what you pay for....time spent on the project but with quality materials and tradesmen. I can't say enough about Rob the project manager as he put me at ease during this anxious time. He went above the beyond the general requirements of this job by explaining each stage of the process to me even complying to most of my requests. Roberto the framer was also fantastic as he was the main reason from day 1 that I knew I would be happy with the finished project. The only negative I had was with the selection process as that could have been more informative and accurate. All in all, my basement looks fantastic and I can't wait to fully enjoy it.
