Pacific Mist Carpet Cleaning

Poor outcome. Uncertain as to the quality of their cleaning solutions, as their “cleaning” caused bleeding of fabric dye and a change to the upholstery texture. Unresponsive to our concerns, and appears that they have no insurance to remediate. Seems that the current owner isn’t the same as prior reviews.

I just had my carpets cleaned by Pacific Mist and couldn't be happier with the results!! Having three dogs the floors had started to look old and soiled, but after getting cleaned, looked brand new. Every stain and discolouration had disappeared. I would highly recommend this company and use them again. Service was quick, friendly and very reasonable.

Excellent. Our carpet was in a terrible state, there were coffee stains, pet stains and stains from cleaning products. I'm really impressed with how good it looks and how efficient they were. I would definitely recommend them to anyone.

Unexpectedly needed carpets cleaned on the last day of the month, very busy time for carpet folks. Pacific Mist squeezed us in and saved the day. Nice extra- they removed old stains from a long time ago we thought were permanent.

We recently had our carpets cleaned by Pacific Mist and we are glad we did! Ed was great! He was on time, took the time to explain everything and our carpets were so clean! He was able to remove a lot of dirt from our stairs and spots I thought would never come out! I will definitely be using Pacific Mist carpet cleaning company in the future.

Just had Pacific Mist clean our carpets. On time and professional. Ed did a great job for a reasonable price. The price quoted was what was charged. Ed did not try to upsell me on other services. This is quite different from the big chain cleaners who quote a special low price but then charge extra when they arrive. Ed even cleaned 4 kitchen chairs as a bonus. Great work I would definately use Pacific Mist again

I was impressed with Pacific Mist. Right on time, polite, very fast and efficient. I bought this house 2 years ago and never had the carpet professionally cleaned. I thought my steam vacuum is good enough. I was wrong and I decided to choose Pacific Mist. Thank you Ed for being very professional and extremely efficient. The carpet was very dirty, I never thought it will look like new again! I will definitely recommend your company and use your service again.
