Poor outcome. Uncertain as to the quality of their cleaning solutions, as their “cleaning” caused bleeding of fabric dye and a change to the upholstery texture. Unresponsive to our concerns, and appears that they have no insurance to remediate. Seems that the current owner isn’t the same as prior reviews.
