We received our spa late August 2021 and absolute love it. Any assistance I required was just a call away. All the staff are very helpful, professional and knowledgeable. It is also very helpful that they have a Master Spas Owners Group facebook page which is great for tips, etc.
We had our spa winterized by a MS technician and he readily explained to me every step taken during the process and answered all my questions. Very pleasant to deal with. I highly recommend Master Spas not only for their product but for their high level of customer service.
Update: Technician came to open my spa...again very knowledgeable and friendly. Answered all my questions. A few days after starting up the spa the water became cloudy. Contacted the Service dept. for assistance. Sent pictures of water and Kat H. walked me through the steps to begin the process of clearing the water. Checked the water today and it has begun to clear. Sent updated pics to Kat as she requested. This team is terrific to deal. I highly recommend Master Spas for their product(s) and their support.
