New Look Windows & Doors

I recently wanted to replace all my windows, and after getting several quotes, we decided to go with Newlook Windows.

Not only their price was competitive, but also because Eddy did an amazing job to understand our real needs, and took time to explain every single option he was proposing, and why the improvement would make sense for us.

The installers (Oleg and his team) were very friendly and did also an awesome job from taking the measurement to the installation of every single item.

if you want a lawyer "just call Saul" ... but if you want a hassle free window installation, from a company that really takes care of its customers and their satisfaction ... you'll have to call Eddy

New Look di a great job. As usually Eddy gave us a great qoute and keep us updated the entire time and was very helpful. Alex who installed the door was awesome very professional, and istalled the door like it was his owe.

I had such a great experience with New Look. Eddy was absolutely amazing to deal with. He was very friendly and personable and went through all the options with me. Allowed me to customize the windows to suit our specific need. He set expectations on how long it would take to get everything ready and was bang on.

On the day of install, Alex showed up right on time that I was told he would come. Alex busted his butt off all day to get this done all in one day. He was very professional and has a great sense of humor. He took time to show me how everything was put in and how it all works.

During the install it appeared that my ceiling fan might have been hit during the install and when I called it out, Eddy came out very quickly to deal with it. It turns out that it was not due to the installation and it was just coincidence as there was a loose bolt that caused the ceiling fan to come loose and drop a little. Even though it was not there issue, Eddy came by and fixed it up for us and told me what I would need to do if/when this happens again.

Overall we are extremely satisfied with the work that was done and would happily recommend them to anyone. Will definitely be giving them our business the next time we need windows/doors done.

This is our second time using New Look. Once again, Alex was easy to deal with and was easy to reach, the installation team was professional, and the new doors and windows look terrific. Recommended.
