I am so impressed with New Look Windows and Doors. From the very first point of contact to the final installation Eddy was reliable, informative and professional. He help me choose the right doors for the side of my house and the double doors onto the patio. The are beautiful and solid. Exactly what I was looking for. The installation team was outstanding. They were meticulous and also very professional.
For the next time around, I will be working with New Look Windows and Doors when I move onto replacing my windows.

Alex has completed several projects for us throughout the years. He and his crew are meticulous. They provide excellent products and service. He replaced our front door and back patio doors. The crew was on time, informative, communicated throughout the job and ensured I was completely satisfied. His crew also ensured my home was left in the same condition. They vacuumed, cleaned all debris, and disposed of all the garbage. Great eye for detail and full service offering. Installed my smart lock new doorbell camera and even checked to ensure I was happy with the angle.

I was very satisfied with the work done by the house this past Tuesday, it was amazing job thank you guys again, it was a pleasure this is my second time having work done by the company.

Excellent service. Alex was prompt and on time to come over to look at 7 windows needing replacement and providing a quote the next day. Great communication from him. Delivery was estimated in 8-12 weeks but ended up being only 6 weeks. Installation was done quickly and professionally and all the old windows were taken away. Highly recommend

New Look Windows and Doors was one of several companies I called to get product details and quotes for a whole home window replacement (14 windows and 2 patio doors). Alex was a pleasure to deal with through the entire project. When I contacted him, he quickly set up a meeting to go over requirements, go through the options and answer many, many detailed questions. Within a few days he provided a detailed quote. I selected New Look for the project based on the product quality, the product options available, Alexs knowledge and expertise, and the price. While the price was not the cheapest, it was competitive and by far, the best value for the quality of product, warranty and the level of service Alex was providing. The installation took place a few months later. The installation team were talented and professional and the renovation went very smoothly. I could not be happier with the final result. The windows are gorgeous and Alex made the entire process easy. I have already recommended his company and will continue to do so without hesitation!
