Bow window

Left a huge mess on my front patio (under window).
Horrible silicone job.
Scratched widow frames.
Debris inside window pane.
I sent them photos and I called Alex to tell him I wasn't happy with the silicone job and that there were holes in the silicone job, he told me to call him back in 3 weeks to remind him .. again .. he told me, the customer, to call him back to remind him! What a horrible job. The only reason I am giving 2 stars is because they were on time.

I found this company through a friends recommendation. Eddie, one of the owners was awesome from the beginning. He was honest and a pleasure to talk to. He helped me find the best style for my home. The quote was one of the best, combined with the trust I felt with Eddie, I knew this was the company to go with. They followed all times lines and gave me the best warranty. During installation they cleaned up all the mess and protected the floors and furniture. I am very pleased with the final product. I will recommend this company to all my friends and family. Side door and patio double doors

I am so impressed with New Look Windows and Doors. From the very first point of contact to the final installation Eddy was reliable, informative and professional. He help me choose the right doors for the side of my house and the double doors onto the patio. The are beautiful and solid. Exactly what I was looking for. The installation team was outstanding. They were meticulous and also very professional.
For the next time around, I will be working with New Look Windows and Doors when I move onto replacing my windows.
