Top notch service and follow through. This is the second time i am using them. Alex came and provided a quote, he was not the highest and not the lowest but I decided to go with New Look Windows because of the customer service, Alex provided the quote for 16 windows and a patio door and took his time to explain everything to me. I had many questions and Alex would always answer immediately.
