I used this company for my home alarm security and was so happy with the service and price that I decided to use them for my commercial space. George did the install and was prompt, quick and very thorough in explaining how to use the alarm system. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone!

I contacted SG3 on the labour day weekend (Saturday night) and George responded right away. I expressed my concerns and he came out that weekend & installed the system within a few days. George suggested what I needed (did not sell extras, which I appreciated). He's always answered my questions. Whenever I've accidentally triggered the alarm I get a call right away. I feel bad for my mistake and the response is they're glad I'm safe, which is appreciated & reassuring of their service! I would recommend SG3 Security to anyone who wants peace of mind!

George was excellent in answering our call promptly and designing a system to fit our needs. He didn't try to oversell products which we really appreciated. We thought about a couple of extra features we wanted to add after our initial set-up and he was happy to oblige. I have been a client of sg3security for more than a year. This is a local monitoring company. I am greatly satisfied with their service, the installation job, and the alarm system. The Customer Service is available when you contact them, if they did not answer, they will always call back. When my alarm went off a couple of times, caused by my forgetfulness, they always gave me a check call very shortly. With any question regarding the alarm system I have been helped over the phone. They walked me through every step I should take. I would definitely recommend this company for their reliability, availability, and reasonable prices.

We finally decided to upgrade our old security system which was only slightly better than a string with bells on it strung across the door entrance. I looked at reviews on various companies, got some quotes and went with the company with the highest satisfaction rating. Enter George Seigal who assessed our needs and gave us an appropriate system. He showed up when he said he would and several hours later I had a new security system with more technology than I'll ever grasp. He showed us how everything worked and then dropped around for a follow up a week later to make sure we were happy with it. George is a great guy and he did an awesome job for us. The best part is that he gave us what we needed without doing an upsell. It's pretty easy for me to recommend him and his company. A true professional!

I just moved downtown and needed an alarm for my new apartment. The wireless option works great and the installer who came was extremely professional and knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend SG3 to anyone needing an alarm for their home as well!

SG3 did a fast and smooth installation for us. The contact person was a great sales person and technical installer in one. Ha had patience, explained things. SG3's rate is/was very competitive. In addition, SG3 offered a discount in case of one year advance payment. SG3 returns customer calls right away, they are flexible with the terms of monitoring and changing the access list. All in all, SG3 is a customer-centric company with minimal amount of bureaucracy and high level of competency.

We would gladly recommend George to others; he is professional, patient and very knowledgeable. We opted for the Touch screen alarm system and although it was a bit different than what we were used to, George took the time to thoroughly explain how to use it and even helped us download the app. so we can control it with our smart phones. We have had our system for a few months now and are very pleased with its ease of use. If you are looking for friendly, attentive, professional service, then go with George!

We had an already installed home alarm. George reviewed our system recommended adding a sensor where we were vulnerable. In addition to excellent service they not only offer a non land line based monitoring capability but do a good job. We have had a false alarm and they were most prompt. Others in the past took up to an hour to respond.
