The control arm was ripped right off of the door on Wednesday late afternoon. The garage door could only be opened manually at that point.
I called and was advised they could come right away or come the next day. i chose next day. Pavel was courteous by calling that same day and asking me my choice of when I wanted the service. The next day Pavel gave me another courtesy call to inform me of his time of arrival .
He gave advice on the door fix. Asked for approval and completed the job Good job and reasonable price.
