Pedro was very professional during our reno but he didn't finish the job after being paid in full. Not a great way of doing business.

The original job that was quoted is finished and paid for. The two items (a window panel and a tub drain) that are in question here had nothing to do with the original job. It was a separate quote done afterwards. Yes, that job has not been done or paid for by the client. The drain is a very old style drain and I have not been able to locate the same drain (which I told the client last month).
