Pedro was very professional during our reno but he didn't finish the job after being paid in full. Not a great way of doing business.

5 years ago my father in law brought us a business card for Pro Builders, said his neighbour was having work done at his home and he quickly went in to see the job and he thought it was really good work being done. My husband and I had been living in our small 1988 townhouse for over a year and it was time to do some upgrades. We had a few contractors out to provide quotes and we contacted Pedro to get his quote and meet him. When Pedro left our house that evening both my husband and I agreed he was our guy, we really liked him and his quote was reasonable but more importantly we felt like we would enjoy working with him. Pedro came in with his crew and redid our main bathroom, we loved his work and from that job we became fast friends. We kept in touch with Pedro, and a year later we had him back to renovate our master ensuite. Since then we have recommended Pedro to our friends, family and colleagues and he has done excellent work for all of them. Last September we hired Pedro and Pro Builders to renovate our basement and the main level of our home. It was a love it or list it situation because I wanted to move but my husband wanted to stay. With the help of Pedro and his crew we completely redesigned our whole main floor giving me the kitchen of my dreams. It was an absolute collaboration of ideas and design and my husband and I relied heavily on Pedro’s expertise. He listened to us, he understood our style and he gave us the home that we are so proud and happy to be living in. Once the renovation was complete I said an astounding “love it” however, if we do ever list it we know we have Pedro and the crew to help recreate our dreams where ever we go.

We have used Pro Builders for many years on a numbers of projects, which varied in scope. Initially they did work for us on a rental property that we owned. The workmanship convinced us to use them in our home and at our cottage. Pro Builders brought their team to our cottage up North and finished the interior including cathedral ceilings, floors and they installed a custom bathroom and a beautiful kitchen. They also installed a magnificent stone wood fireplace, which continues to receive compliments from guests. Over the years aside from our cottage and rental properties, Pro Builders has done a number of renovations to our homes including complete kitchen renovations, living room with fireplace, bedrooms with fireplace, custom bathrooms and most recently they finished a basement in our new home including installing a projector unit and screen. Each and every project has been beautifully done - they take care of all the small details - the quality of workmanship is second to none. From our experience you can rely on Pro Builders to deliver quality work in a timely manner at a fair price. Pro Builders have done two large renovations for our family. The first was a full renovation to the basement of our home which included 3 full bathrooms and the creation of new and larger windows and updated electrical work. It turned out beautifully and we are now getting a lot more use of our bright and spacious basement. The second renovation was for our 1200 foot retail store in Bloor West Village. The transformation was incredible. Our customers can’t believe the difference. They are very efficient and worked collaboratively with us. Pedro and his team consistently go above and beyond expectations to deliver quality results.
