It's rare that you find a company that delivers on their promises, but Bob at Impress Flooring does just that. He was extremely friendly, accommodating and flexible. He showed up the next day with samples, helped pick a carpet suitable for our environment (we have dogs) and helped choose a colour. He was very easy going and true to his word. The installers showed up on time and the agreed upon date and were done in 7 hours!! Excellent installers, very hard working. Bob showed up the morning of the install to make sure everything was OK and called after the install to make sure we were satisfied. Now that's service, and did I mention the upgraded underpad and excellent price!!?? If you're in the market for carpet, call Bob! Thanks Bob, and thank you installers!! Contacted Bob to reinstall carpet in a basement bedroom (which he had previously installed) that had been damaged by a flood. Everything went smooth and the new carpet looks fabulous. Would heartily recommend him.

I was moving my office and needed a new carpet in the new location on a short timeline. He met me at the office the next day and made the process so easy. I can't say enough good about Bob. He went above and beyond anything I could possible have expected.

Both installers arrived promptly and on a Sunday! They got straight to work and were extremely professional and experienced.
