When we decided to put in air conditioning this summer, I choose Williams HVAC because of the good reviews on Homestars and the fact they were a smaller company, and boy, am I glad I did! Chris is very knowledgeable and friendly and the installers were efficient and professional. Plus, the prices are incredibly reasonable. We will definitely be using these guys again for all our air conditioning and heating.

Chris was very knowledgeable and returned phone calls and emails promptly. They left the work site tidy. It did take awhile to schedule the appointment but it was a busy time.

After a very hot summer, I was ready to have air conditioning installed in my home. After reading all of the glowing reviews for Williams HVAC right here on HomeStars, I was very comfortable in contacting them to request a quote. From the first time Chris came out to confirm what type of AC unit he would recommend and how he would recommend installing it, right through to he & his crew coming out to install the unit less than 2 weeks later, my experience was nothing short of fantastic. Chris and his crew were professional, friendly, courteous, punctual and their work was first-rate. He was also very honest with me, letting me know that there was no point in spending the extra money to install AC on the lower floor of my walk-out, as I really only needed it for the upstairs level (saving me thousands of wasted dollars.)

It feels incredible to have air conditioning blowing through my home now and I'm very grateful for the first-rate service Chris provided. Highly, highly recommended.

We found Chris on Homestars and his estimate to install AC in our 1959 bungalow was competitive with the other estimates we had. The differentiator for us was that with Williams HVAC, you are dealing directly with the owner. Chris knows what he's doing and took the time to explain the options and the best way to do the job based on what we wanted. Where Chris and his crew absolutely excel is in the high quality, clean and tidy work that they do - Chris and his crew clearly take a lot of pride in doing a good job the first time and it shows in the workmanship. I'm typically hard to please, especially with little details, and I couldn't be happier with the work Williams HVAC have done. We'll definitely be using them for a garage heater and all our future HVAC work.

His recommendation on the air conditioning brand, model and size was the right choice. The installation crew took pride in their work, were respectful and pleasant. Arranged installation to be done, technicians showed up on time, were professional, work passed inspection. Inspector commented on the quality of the work, was very pleased. I had one of those weekends when you find water leak underneath your hot water tank and of course it was Friday evening. So I checked a few reviews in different sources and called some companies. many of them were - "please leave us youyr name and number and we will call you back asap".
When I called William HVAC, Chris asnwered my call immediately. He asked key questions to understand what is yhe issue. He gave me options to choose from . installation was ontime and very smooth. I am very happy with the product they sell and service they provide. professional team and quality service.
