Sauga Heating And Air Conditioning

We had a slow coolant leak in a 1 year old A/C that was installed by the previous owners when they renovated the house. In the heat July the A/C stopped being able to cool the house and the heat was unbearable.

We found Sauga H&AC on Home stars and contacted Mark. Mark was very helpful and scheduled Paul to come fix the problem. Paul came and performed a thorough check of the cooling unit outside and the A/C in the basement. He came equipped with an electronic leak detector and found that the valves around the A/C unit itself were a bit loose, which allowed the slow leak of the coolant.

He explained that since it was a relatively new installation and there was about 2lbs of coolant missing that the loose valves were the likely source. The coil outside had no leak. He tightened everything up and topped up the coolant. We used the A/C until late September without any further issues. Hopefully that fixed the leak and we won't have any issues next summer.

He wanted to tailor the unit as perfectly to my house and family, and he was successful. The Installation was also incredibly efficient. He returned the next day with his workers and they were done both furnace and Air Conditioning in a day, IN A DAY. No mess, no fuss, all done. He insisted on me calling if anything didn't sound right or if i felt the temperature wasn't working like i wanted, i didn't have to call because everything worked perfectly. All in all, a great experience with an honest and very talented company, and I will absolutely recommend them to any and all my friends and family.

We moved into a new home and a new city. We were in need a new air conditioner and a humidifier. Mark and Suaga Heating and Air came to us highly recommended from a friend. We had been having issues with the furnace for sometime and Mark was always readily available to assist. He is very efficient, honest and reliable.. Mark had also installed a new AC unit two years previously and we received the same exceptional service then as we did this time. I would confidently recommend his services.

Writing this review on my parents behalf, the were in need of a new air conditioning unit and actually took a contract with another company who charged for a better a/c unit but arrived with a cheaper unit ...my parents cancelld the order and i was refered to Mark by a co worker. Not only did Mark show up when he said he would but made some really good recommendations based on his knowledge of older homes. My parents were soo happy with his service and knowledge and will use him again for sure.
