Professional & personable service! 4Sight Home Inspections is the way to go! With only a few days notice Michael travelled outside of his service area to complete my home inspection at no extra cost. His inspection was very thorough and he took time to explain things that will make the home a safer place to live. His report was detailed and easy to understand. We hired Michael for a home inspection last week. The inspection was done with high quality. He is very knowledgeable, answered all of our questions. The inspection was completed and his report was immediately submitted to us . When we read the report, we have had some more questions and contacted him, he quickly responded to us. Very nice guy! We hired Michael after reviewing many positive reviews and he definitely exceeded our expectations. We have experience with home inspections (HI) and this is by far the best experience we've had. Michael is technically savvy, professional, diligent and true to his word. Michael accommodated us by having our HI within a limited time. He electronically confirmed the schedule and HI agreement prior to attending, and completed the process on time and as outlined in the agreement. He was very focused throughout the HI and used many forms of technology that other inspectors do not use or require special request. He was very respectful of the home, and extremely knowledgeable about building and provided clear explanations to our inquiries. We especially appreciated the detailed visual report as we could not always recall specific results. We will work with Michael and 4Sight HI anytime. Great job!

Even after reading reviews on Homestars about Michael and his services, we were extremely surprised and please at how thorough he was. He arrived on time and left himself plenty of time to go through the house. On top of that, he was extremely personable, professional and willing to educate. He answered all of our questions (believe me, as first time home buyers, we had lots) with the same degree of care and thought regardless of how important or inconsequential it was. Lastly, the report that we received was outstanding. It arrived the next morning (our inspection ended around 9PM) and it was extremely detailed complete with photos and notes of everything, very user and electronic friendly (searchable PDF), and had a ton of supplementary information (how to take care of your home etc. which is extremely useful for first time home buyers).

I would recommend Michael and 4Sight in a heartbeat and that's before I mention that his services are competitively priced.

I researched and obtained quotes before going with Michael. I am glad he performed the inspection as he was incredibly thorough; way more than I thought would be the case. He performed his role what I think is was above the standard; even my husband who has experience in the industry was impressed. His price was more than fair and will only use him in future.

First of all I would like to thank Michael for accepting to inspect the house in such a short notice and being very helpful and detail oriented. Michael was prompt and very patient. Me being a first time buyer had lots of questions and Michael answered every question in detail. He never rushed and took detailed observations and provided me a summary of every item being inspected and answer my questions. He was also able to provide me the approximate cost of how much it would take to fix and what was preventive maintenance.

I also looked at the other advantages of his home assure plus benefits which is a nice feature. Also he is willing to answer any questions even after the inspection. The inspection report was emailed to me just in a couple of hours after the inspection which is a plus.
