We hired Michael after reviewing many positive reviews and he definitely exceeded our expectations. We have experience with home inspections (HI) and this is by far the best experience we've had. Michael is technically savvy, professional, diligent and true to his word. Michael accommodated us by having our HI within a limited time. He electronically confirmed the schedule and HI agreement prior to attending, and completed the process on time and as outlined in the agreement. He was very focused throughout the HI and used many forms of technology that other inspectors do not use or require special request. He was very respectful of the home, and extremely knowledgeable about building and provided clear explanations to our inquiries. We especially appreciated the detailed visual report as we could not always recall specific results. We will work with Michael and 4Sight HI anytime. Great job!
