First of all I would like to thank Michael for accepting to inspect the house in such a short notice and being very helpful and detail oriented. Michael was prompt and very patient. Me being a first time buyer had lots of questions and Michael answered every question in detail. He never rushed and took detailed observations and provided me a summary of every item being inspected and answer my questions. He was also able to provide me the approximate cost of how much it would take to fix and what was preventive maintenance.
I also looked at the other advantages of his home assure plus benefits which is a nice feature. Also he is willing to answer any questions even after the inspection. The inspection report was emailed to me just in a couple of hours after the inspection which is a plus.
Overall very happy with the service provided and the cost. Thanks again Michael.
