I needed a home inspection quick as I was finalizing the purchase of a home. Micheal was very helpful at accommodating us. Micheal was on time and very professional. He went through the home thoroughly. Thanks to Micheal he noticed the furnace was rented and advised us to look into it as it may be expensive to get get out of the contract. We made inquires and sure enough it would have cost us $14000 to get out of it. That cost was now being paid by the home seller. At the end of the inspection Miecheal gave us a quick summary of his findings. We received a full detailed PDF of the inspection a few hours later. He was also very helpful when I called him to clarify a few things he mentioned in the inspection. He always made sure we knew that if we needed any more info about the inspection to it hesitate to call him.
