I wanted to change two older windows in my house. I called a number of different companies, and Optima's prices were the most competitive. Yulia, the sales rep, was excellent: she was really friendly and not too pushy. She gave us different options for the type of windows, and she helped us to get what we wanted. I've been in contact with her a number of times in the past weeks as we've waited for the windows to be ready and to organize the installation, and Yulia always responds quickly and politely.
The installation was yesterday. The guys were polite, on time, and clean. Even though it was rainy and miserable outside, they did not track any water or dirt inside. The windows are very nice and seem to be working fine. They are definitely easier to clean, and they are so much better at keeping cold air out than the older windows I replaced, so I'm happy.
