Work was done nicely and professionally. Whole process was smooth starting from quote to installation of windows.

We had our windows replaced with Optima Home Improvement last week and we were very pleased with the completed work. When we had a sit-down with Chris to discuss the work to be done he was very thorough, and he never pushed us. Normally when we feel pushed we back out. Chris is very knowledgeable and he explained everything in detail. The crew led by Arthur worked in a very timely manner and they were very organized. After completion I inadvertently messed the silicone filling when it didn't yet get dried and they came back the next couple of days to fix it. In my opinion these guys did an excellent job that anyone would feel inclined to give a review or referral. We got exactly what was agreed upon by Chris, nothing short-changed, and they are no "fly by night company". We are very finicky about hiring people to do home upgrades so we depend on reviews like this to make the right decision. They even have Matt Damon lookalike in their team :-). Thank you guys!

Chris is a very friendly person, seems to educate himself about different nationalities, he doesn't just sell his product, he expresses interest in his client's background which makes the process quite relaxing. The work crew did a great job, worked all day to get the job done. Thanks for the beautiful windows.

I am glad that I went with Chris and his crew to do my badly needed windows in our 25 year old home. From our initial consultation with Chris to the final installation day by his crew led my Artur, they were professional and efficient with their service. Form their prompt arrival at 8am to cleaning up and leaving very little trace that they were ever there after they left.

One advice I am glad I went with brick to brick window replacement as opposed to retrofit because it looks much nicer especially on the inside with the new wider mouldings. If it's within your budget, do it!

Optima Home Improvements Ltd., have installed high quality doors & windows in my neighbor . After meeting with Chris, the owner of Optima Home Improvements , I decided he was the right person for the job. He was honest and forthright during negotiations and very fairly priced, as well this would apply for any potential additional costs that we could not predict until work commenced. His price was competitive and the contract was professional and easy to understand so I felt comfortable to move forward. On the top of all the quality of door & windows found unmatched

Optima Home Improvements went above and beyond our contract, contributing time and his technicians done extra labor to remove blinds / curtains and installed it back, cleaned the area after the work carried out at no extra coats because in his words “it just doesn’t look right.” His workers also spent an extra time to check all the windows and done petty jobs such as applying silicone on other windows which was an incredible surprise!

Optima's technicians very polite and neat, using drop cloths on stairs and picking up any trash and end of each day… which was important to us. Upon completion, they left our property clean and presentable. We are very pleased and plan to have Optima staff handle the entire process right from placing the order . Optima office staff use to call us in advance for any help should we needed and the delivery and installation information from time to time .

Our windows were very old, drafty, no sound barrier. Optima's sales guy very knowledgable answered any questions we had. Workers were very efficient and quick. No more drafts and outside noises diminished.
