This man know his stuff. Mr. Harrison was a most pleasant fellow who went about his business thoroughly and efficiently. He then went over pretty well every detail, and provided knowledgeable responses to all questions. What I thought might not be a great experience actually was. I learned a lot. No hesitation in giving the strongest possible reference, and would most certainly contract for his services if the need arose again.

Kevin is clearly very passionate and knowledgeable as a Home Inspector. He is thorough, forthcoming, realistic and offers practical advice. He was easy to reach, despite his very busy schedule, he still made time for us. His prices were extremely reasonable and he really took the time to ensure we fully understood his report, finding and recommendations. Mr. Kevin did a very careful inspection to the house. I am a first home buyer, and English is my second language. He explained everything very patiently and detailed. When it comes to the words that I don't understand, he gives very good explanation, too. Moreover, he's generous to share his experience with the cost of fixing roof and other house maintenance services. He's also very willing to answer questions, no matter in phone call or email. And, I have to emphasize his inspection report, it is a very detailed report with pictures, 35 pages. The format is very ordered. Nice person and nice job!

Excellent service. Kevin did a very detailed inspection +took all the time needed to answer our questions. Had a few inspections done in the past and always been disappointed by our little inspectors did. Kevin is by far the very best I've seen. Even if you think you don't need an inspection, Kevin is the inspector you want.
