Thanks Shazad, I am glad we were able to change your lawn to a better healthier state with only half the treatments. Next season we should be able to even more improve and maintain that beautiful lawn you experienced this season.
Thanks Maha, I am happy you are satisfied with your beautiful lawn and our customer service. As you know this year was a very hot and dry summer. Thanks for following our watering and cutting advice to combat those harsh conditions your lawn had to endure.
To better help you please email us your concerns and contact information. I am not sure what services you would need to call to receive but we are currently on schedule with all our services even though we have been delayed 1-2 week this season due to the snow we received early April. If you look at your service confirmation letter you would see a chart that shows you your visit schedules and would confirm that we are on track with all your visits.
You would have already received your aeration and we are getting through our weed control as we speak. As you know all the weeds pop up in 1 week and it is impossible to get to every customer in that time frame. The 1st weed spray runs from now until early June so if you have not received your spray yet it would be coming in the next few weeks. If you would like your weed control sooner you can always call us and let us know and we would rush your service within a week.
