water proofing and sump pump installation
Morgen quoted me one price when he came and gave me the estimate of water proofing the inside of my basement and by the time he was finished it was at least almost 4,000.00 more they destroyed the drywall when they cut it half way that the renovators thought it was very neglectful of them that they didn't give a care. He then proceeded to replace the sump pump and after I renovated the basement I had another flood he put in a cheap pump and charged me over 500.00. He is unreliable does not return calls and I am totally disgusted with him I would never recommend him not even to my worst enemy. To date I had to call a plumber and replace the sump pump and make the pit bigger which is the work he should have done in the first place.

All work comes with an estimate explaining the work entailed. Step by step we clearly explain what we have to do and what it will look like. Having the walls cut, half way up the walls is an important part of the repair. Every customer is aware of this as it is the only way to waterproof internally. We actually do this repair hundreds of times per year. Now if there was something that wasn't explained properly or you didn't understand it doesn't mean we did something wrong. Sometimes these repairs can be large projects with a lot of renovation work after the fact. That comes with cost, time and even stress. Our repairs are covered under warranty and any issues we take care of at no charge. It's not fair to say a $4000 job actually cost $12000 or try to connect our waterproofing in any way with the renovating that follows.
